Sony quality at reasonable price.

Works and sounds great

Excellent Value
The only drawback is that you need to adjust the cutoff and level if your listening to non-dolby/surround sound sources (older VHS/TV etc). Other than that this sub is GREAT!!! Lot's of bang for the buck...
