CONS: Nearly impossible to remove cover to get to battery, earpiece volume is horrible, joystick doesn't always work, screen not visible in daytime, I can go on and on...

PROS: Small and light; speakerphone; MP3 ring tones; AOL Instant Messenger; world phone; integrated camera with plenty of settings.
CONS: Back cover is almost impossible to pry off; difficult-to-use joystick; fuzzy, washed-out LCD.
