"Clear sound, but where the bass"
These speaakers are great for Audio purists, but honestly if you are a bass enthusiast, or need thumping low end definition, these are not for you. For my liking, the cons outweight the Pros. I am considering kilpsh or Bose companion 3 series 2.
PROS: Ultra clear high, and mid-tones definition, looks great, the durability

"Great soundstage"
I have only just bought these speakers a day ago and already i have been blown away.Some music can take some tuning in on the sub as it is very bassey ,but most music just sounds incredible.I have bought these specifically for my ipod and i must say

I've had the HK SoundSticks II for 4+ years. They have survived college dorm rooms, apartment parties, and a move cross-country. I initially got them because they were (and still are) the best looking desktop 2.1 speakers I've seen for under $200. Wh

"Best overall 2.1 computer speaker system! Sound Quality gets a 10!"
I went to the store leaning toward Bose or Klipsch and I ended up going with Soundsticks II. I just thought that Klipsch Promedia 2.1 was UGLY and the lows were a little shaky. Bose Companion 3 II were really nice, great clarity and solid bass, but
PROS: Crisp Clear Satellites, Surprisingly Powerful and Clean Bass, Unique and Space Conserving Appearance
CONS: No Headphone Jack, No Visual Volume Control, aux might be nice
