"NO NO -- Don't Buy"

Please do not but these. They are worse then portable speakers of a much smaller size and absolutely sound horrible!! You would probably do better with a set that is powered by AA batteries than these things. In the past I haven't liked Bose but d

"Good portable for MP3 players"

Getting harder to find good, small 2.0 amplified speakers these days, these may be the last. Over priced, but everything from Bose is these days. They charge allot and tend to put the minimum into their products. Seems to be sensitive enough for M

"VERY good performance though not perfect!"

I bought the pair for my IMAC and I paid USD$90 for them. My options at that time were the Logitech Z2300, Creative GigaWorks T40, and this BOSE companion 2 series II. All of them were selling for around $90 mark. Soon the Logitech, though VERY extre

"Good speakers, but a better value can likely be found"

A good set of speakers, but if you don't mind a slightly larger system physically, get something for about the same price and a better sound.
