This was my first order with Surfside. When my package was delivered all I recieved was an empty box with no watch. I was obviously disappointed, however I called the following morning and spoke to a customer service rep who was quite helpful. Surfs |

- website was difficult to use - the item was not properly described (no sizes were listed) - phone calls were not answered, messages were not returned - the item was not in stock - after I placed my order, I was not notified that it had been cancele |
