For trainers, coaches & serious athletes
Great book, but only for those really interested in multisport training and coaching (which is why I bought it!). As triatlon training plans are a little more complicated to make than "monosport" training plans, this books is a very good addition to my booklist!

Triathlon Plans
Excellent resource for training. I recently completed Ironman Louisville in 12:29:56 by following the 26 week plan in this book. It was awesome!

Great Book
This book is awesome for someone that just doesn't know how much training they really need. There specific plans for race distance and athletic ability along with how to make your training plan work with all of the other responsibilities in life.
