Preventing "Overtraining" with a broader "Power-Training" (Read with Caution)

"Training to failure" has never been contradicted by any modern bodybuilder. What is hotly contested is the best way to go about it. Let's face reality here for a moment. If there was "one method" that resulted in the best long term...
