Don't wast your money
I bought this book and Men's Health Ultimate Dumbbell Guide. This book is not worth the money. The pictures are small. The book from men's health is the only book to own on dumbell training.

Author got lazy
I was disappointed with this book. The author is not specific with the muscles worked. He says an exercise works the triceps instead of which of the 3 heads it focuses on or the exercise works the abs and not if it is upper, mid or lower abs....

A Quick Way For An Upper Body Workout
If you are in a hurry than dumbbells are an excellent way to work the upper body and this book is very easy to understand. It's not a big book but is is plenty big enough with good illustrations.
