Great Golf Movie for the Family
This goes well with a matching movie - Bobby Jones, Stroke of Genius - the true story of a golf contest. Even if you don't love golf, you'll enjoy it. The story is based on a screenplay but Disney takes it one step further so you can enjoy it more. Great photography, good acting, the drama is...

An all-around enjoyable, uplifting movie.
I rented this on a whim after seeing Stephen Dillane--whose work I've taken an interest in since his fantastic portrayal of Thomas Jefferson in the HBO miniseries "John Adams"--on the cover. I wasn't sure whether I'd really enjoy it or not, since I've never been much of a golf fan, but I was very...

best "little known movie" I've ever seen
I actually saw this movie on an international flight and it was one of the best movies I have ever enjoyed. I'm not a golf fan, but the story is wonderful whether you like golf or not. I purchased it for my son-in-law who is a "golf fan" and I feel it would make a great gift for a wide range of...

great movie
We thought this was a great movie. We are golfers, and it was fun to see how the game has progressed over the years. The commentary and live interviews from the early years in golf were really interesting.

The Greatest Game Ever Played
Disney once again comes up with an entertaining sports movie. This time centering around the 1913 U.S. Open Golf match. The story starts with some of the key characters as children and what they endure to end up at the U.S. Open. Well told true story with great characterizations. Most the family...

A golf classic!
Disney does it again...taking a true story and adding the Disney touch to pull your hearstrings. A story about rising above and fulfilling your dreams. Everyone will love it and golfers will adore it! As good as the Legend of Bagger Vance and almost on par with Bobby Jones Stoke of Genius.PUN...
