The reason it's called "The Best"
I have both the Light and regular books. If you follow the recipes exactly as written they truly are the best. Everything is tested and retested to insure excellent results. Great gift for newlyweds.

Light recipes with real flavor !!
This is a great cookbook for anyone who likes to cook, but wants to cut calories without sacrificing flavor !! I have now made several of the recipes and they are all GREAT !! I love that they have tested them all and we can then reap the results...
