Hi,I work for CucinaPro and when I'm talking to the actual users of our pasta machines, I ALWAYS recommend this book. It's great and has a lot more than just tomato sauce and noodles. And it also has recipes for extruder and roller machines. They need different levels of moisture.I love this...

I Loved it So Much I wore Her First Book Out

It is now taped together and I bought this as a replacement for the other well used first version. This book is very good and focuses on the actual Pasta not the sauces like othr books do.

Great little pasta book

I ordered this book as a gift to go with a Cucina Pro pasta machine. The recipes are simple to make with good tips on consistency. There are a lot of pasta variations I would not have thought of.
