I LOVE MY BOSE
I received my dock for a birthday present from my husband. The music from my ipod mini sounds wonderful on the dock and so does the music from my husband's ipod classic. It is small and attractive and looks good on any piece of furniture in any room

"Average Sound and Way Over Priced"
Honestly, This the most over priced product Bose has ever made. At this level of sound quality, even for Bose and a one peice. There are several 2.1 and one-peices for less than $300 that sound pretty good. I'm shocked at the level of port and cabine

"I sold my Bose Sounddock for a JBL Radial"
Well, for Christmas, I was shopping for an Ipod speaker for my girlfriend. I already had the sounddock, (which I liked) so I was going to purchase her one as well. I decided to go to the Apple store to listen around and when I got there I stumbled up

"An excellent music device"
To state it simply, this player is simply one of the best out there. Not only is it Bose, but it works flawlessly with all ipods. Bose has worked with apple to make these products work. I use it with an Apple ipod touch.
PROS: sound quality, size, ease of set up
CONS: There is nothing that one might expect in these types of devices that this specific one does not have.

Great system, but it is expensive and the power cord, which breaks easily, is expensive to replace. It cost approx. $50.
PROS: Will charge while docking; sound quality is terrific
CONS: Power cord is awkward; need to plug into sounddock and then another plug into power pack itself. The plug into the sounddock is a small 4-pronged plug that breaks easily and doesn't plug in easily

I wanted incredible sound and ease of operation which the Bose SoundDock delivers. I did have a problem getting my Ipod to turn on once it was in the SoundDock as it wasn't making a secure connection. I first tried the adaptor recommended for my Ipo
PROS: Incredible Sound, no distortion. Sleek & compact. Simple setup.
CONS: Adaptor doesn't hold ipod securely. Ipod tilts back requiring adjustment to make the connection in order to activate play.
