I ordered a subwoofer from sonic and the plastic ring that goes around the edge was broken when i opened the box. I contacted customer support and in order for me to get a new one i would have had to send the whole sub back instead of just the ring. |

Your website stated the items were available and your warehouse is local to me. The items apparently were not available and I was never notified that they would be delayed. I called to see what the delay was and I was told one item was out of stock a |

VERY ****ED OFF WITH THE WHOLE DEAL,ORDERED ON THE 6TH JUNE WAITED 10 DAYS FOR DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS,SENT EMAIL TO SALES & 2 DAYS LATER GOT A RETURN EMAIL TO SAY THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN 24 HOURS (STILL WAITING & NOW 26TH JUNE)... |
