PROS: Almost bug-free from the earliest heavy pre-release tests. First Vista Certified. New New Client Review Center & Accountant Copy upgrade lets users & knowledgeable accountants give far faster & more accurate results. Terrific Live Community Su

CONS: Online banking, but Intuit is making big effort to fix & extend it at once. No tech support announcement about free Live Community support that will revoltionize support for many products. Some support people do not know of free support.

"Unintuitive and Uncomprehensive"

Quickbooks is obviously not geared for a financial planning business which runs off commission income and annual advisory fees. Microsoft Money seems more fit for that task.

PROS: Can download online bank transactions

CONS: Categorization of transactions is tedious and unintuitive. Unable to select multiple transactions for categorization without switching to a separate interface window from main downloaded uncategorized transaction list.

PROS: Intuit QuickBooks Premier 2009 offers improved online banking tools; Live Community user-assisted help; Company Snapshot screen for quick business overview; a free Web site for one year; support for international payments and most world currencies; better

CONS: QuickBooks Premier 2009 suffers some glitches with online banking setup; Live Community not as responsive as it should be; no free support for setup issues; sluggish performance on Vista PCs with 1GB of RAM.

Heads up...This is missing something!

Had problems with installation as there was not any place to activate the program....After several attempts, finally found it. The email doesnt work until the software is activated....Very frustrating. ...

PROS: The addition of power point and newer versions of common used programs.

CONS: Had problems with intstallations on both laptop and desktop....No documentation.
