Heads up...This is missing something!

Had problems with installation as there was not any place to activate the program....After several attempts, finally found it. The email doesnt work until the software is activated....Very frustrating. ...

Terrible

Order was evidently not processed correctly, customer service poor, no one followed up on requests to remedy problems. Bad experience.
