softball.com said that i would get free shipping for orders over $100 and i didn't get it. I needed the balls so i ordered them anyway. Don't advertise that if you are not going to give it to people.

The only reason for the return is that my daughter chose another catcher's mitt instead of this one.

I am glad I was able to receive my product from you, although I had found it for cheaper somewhere else, 20 dollars cheaper, but they were backordered until November 1st. I also would have liked to know when my product shipped.

This survey is annoying. I am only filling it out to stop the mails from coming....which I don't appreciate. If I really wanted to answer, I would have done so the on the first notice. The original purchasing experience was fine.
