his other books are better

I bought this book because I'm a big Dan Kennedy fan, and was disappointed. His "no BS" series is much better and worth checking out. This book is outdated now, the examples are all pretty old.

If only it were 1995

This book is about fifteen years out of date. The author talks about how he thinks the "information super highway" won't amount to much in the "future". He also talks about distributing diskettes and buying a dial-up modem for emails and nothing more.If this were 1995, and the internet actually...

Buyers Beware!!!

This book is more of a autobiography then anything else. It really doesn't tell you anything you already know of. Its a little bit inspiring but not much else. It basically gives you a run down on already successful business, but not the real meat of what you're looking for. The cover of the book...

Solid Information

The title makes it look like another get rich quick book. But not so. There is a lot of solid advice here, and many ideas.I wouldn't take every word as Bible, but it has definitely stimulated my thinking.

A Wise Investment

I enjoyed reading this. I read a lot of business books but I only highlight and mark the really good ones. I've filled this book with post-its and highlights. Dan Kennedy has great ideas that I think are very implementable. It does lean heavily towards the Direct Marketing business and I...

Short on Real Ideas

The millions to be made are with Infomercials and Home Shopping Network as the book elicits, which are out of reach of most entrepenuers, unless of course you "sell" your idea to Guthy Renker, Dan Kennedy or others for 2% of the profit. Not exactly a path to financial freedom. It is still a...

Dan Kennedy is one smart guy

I've been following Dan for two years now and devour his stuff. This book is practical, bottom-line oriented, pure no B.S. through and through. I loved it!

Outdated

Unfortunately I was quite disappointed by this book as its suggestions center largely on outdated methods such as infomercial marketing and other brick-and-mortar concepts. There is very little information on utilizing eCommerce/the Web for making your mark. This is a shame as eCommerce is often a...
