Even on a new (decent)computer, this game slows the system down waaay too much for me to want to play it very often. Also, the 'building' features are more complicated...not as intuitive as in SIMS 1. Good tutorial though.

I think The Sims is really poor, cannot reconmend it or even play it even. If they improved it because on the Sims 90% was horrible and on Sims 2 they only improved it by 14% which makes it appalling.
