Poor packaging

Caps were loose on 2 of the 3 bottles. The caps should have been taped to the bottles. Luckily only a little bit of shampoo leaked out of these bottles, so it wasn't too much of a mess.Insufficient packing material, too......bottles were rolling around in the box.

an excellent cleansing shampoo

A great, all-round, non-moisturizing shampoo for normal-to-oily hair. It gently removes any build-up of other products (such as gels, hairsprays, etc.), while thoroughly cleaning the hair, but does not make my hair too dry, frizzy or brittle. Doesn't contain the waxes (parabens) normally used...
