straightforward and life-enhancing

Everyone should have a copy of this book. This book should be in all hotel rooms, right next to the Gideon's Bible. It's a more useful, sensible read and we know who the author is.

A bit simplistic

Well, I definitely think this has a lot of useful pointsUnfortunately, these are points that I already knew about or that are (or should be) obvious to most peopleThe book isn't very detailed and has very simple, easily-constructed messages about how to live your lifeA bit too simplistic for this...

It's good.

I like this book. It's not earth shattering, but it's not disappointing. I would however recommend reading Sarah Shikitao-Brown's book over this one though. Tao Cycle Therapy: Natural Happiness via Self Directed Cure for Chronic Anxiety & Depression [Updated 2008 3nd Edition]
