"A rip off with no support from money grubbing company"

I had an invasion that partially disabled my Norton Firewall. When I tried to remove it to reinstall it, my password didn't work. Now I can't install anything else and Norton won't tell me how to get rid of the program unless I pay them $39.00. Stay away from this product.

TO painfull to rehash but basically - If your setup isn't A for Apple Pie straightforward then your gonna become bogged down in a 3-4 cycling montage of "kiddie graphic" option screens that don't seem to connect together trying to find the one tiny tweek required to get the office back on line....
