I routinely run my weekly deep scan, yet I got infected and lost a day scanning, rebooting and downloading security software. Would like to call Norton, but they don't easily put a contact number or e-mail out at their site. Poor customer relations

PROS: Usually does a good job, but I don't get too many viruses. Does good job watching and catching spyware.
CONS: Got infected with Packed.Generic.200 and five other trojans. Went to Microsoft and downloaded their new Microsoft Security Essentials, which is what I used to clean my computer. Disappointed with Norton. They did give me a free upgrade to 2009.
