PROS: I've install the new 2010 version I have no problems. The quick scan is faster. Boots much faster. No PROBLEMS what so ever, 5 stars on 5. I've installed the Pro and it runs very well on Vista. Very, very good product.
CONS: Nothing to say. But if you call and get an agent that is bad hang up and call another one. Chat and e-mail support is great.

PROS: One big thing about the new MIS 2007 suite, is that you wont ever need to invest in any other security software for your PC at all. This version has built in spyware, and virus protection.

CONS: Annoying Pop ups, no way to turn off. Their customer support is terrible, and their email support if they respond usually does not answer your concern.

PROS: Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 2010 is one of the most comprehensive security suites we've encountered, with everything covered from basic threat detection to a behavior-based prevention system to security for Symbian and Windows Mobile devices.
CONS: Virus detection and removal efficacy is hard to determine; the service is acceptable, but not stellar; and while Trend Micro Internet Security Pro offers browsing protection, launching a link from within the program feels sluggish and awkward.
