One of the most important decisions that I made during my pregnancy was to eat nutritiously. I realized that the baby and I were eating everything together, and healthy took on a whole new perspective. With so much information out there about what vitamins to take and what foods to avoid, it got overwhelming. They even put together printable shopping lists and daily meal plans that were easy to use for a tired working mommy-to-be.
