"Useful, but it's a pain"

I love being able to feed multiple pages of a document through this thing and having it spit out a single PDF file. That said, here is my list of complaints: 1. Sometimes feeds multiple pages at once. 2. Sometimes feeds pages crooked. 3. Bad supp

Stinks

I bought this last week. I loaded the software. It says it is supposed to write directly to pdf....it doesn't. I loaded the software on 3 computers and redownloaded from the HP website. nothing worked. The Presto PageMaker software shuts down during scans. I would NOT recommend this mode....
