Outstanding product

Wasn't sure what I would be getting for $100, but I can't say enough good things about the V300 scanner. Relatively small footprint on the desk, consistently good documents and the .pdf capability is great for dealing with technical documentation.

scanner is better than the operators manual

My old deluxe HP scanjet died a sudden death. The current HP in this price range had bad reviews so that was a no no. The scanner is perfect but the manual is hard to follow at times. I had some time figuring out how to scan just part of the glass

Watch it with Windows Vista

Slight problem recognizing the USB port but the problem seems to be Windows Vista and not the scanner, which works fine.

Great Deal

This product arrived promptly and did exactly what the advertisement said it would and with ease! I was able to quickly set it up, and scan photo's, slides and negatives. I would recommend this product. Plus it worked just fine with VISTA.
