Great Scanner for slides
I have scanned over 600 slides so far and I have not had a single problem. I ordered this despite mixed reviews. I have not yet figured out how to scan negative strips with it- but... It also does a few other type of old negative/picture options...

Canon CanoScan 4400F Scanner
Using scanner to convert old photo albums to digital files. Very easy to use and I am pleased with the quality of the scanned files. I wish the scanner had a power button though. Not a big deal and the price is very reasonable.
