There is a time out period after 3 incorrect attempts. Batteries are accessible from the front of the safe and are easy to replace. A drill resistant hardened steel plate is located behind the lock for greater security. Exterior has a high gloss reflective black epoxy paint finish with chrome accents and silk screen on the door. 7 live action locking bolts and 3 steel dead bolts provide 10 locking points which are retracted and extended by rotating a 5-spindle handle. Solid steel, reinforced pry resistant door provides greater security. Extra thick door frame and silk screen detail on the door give these safes a more robust look and feel.
