The rug is beautiful and of good quality but I think it is very over priced for the size.

The Rug Studio is a great source for quality rugs and service. They delivered the product I was looking for and helped with any questions I had. Their email customer support was polite and prompt! I would highly recommend them.

colors of the rugs were not even close to what the website showed and there was no adequate verbal description of all the color differences one might have that are monitor related. I was also shipped a half round rug, rather than a small rectangle.

It would have been preferred that I received an email with a tracking number sooner. I received that email the day of the arrival. Fortunately, I didn't need to sign for the rug like I was informed in the email. Otherwise, I am pretty pleased.

Surprisingly easy and the delivery was on time.
