CONS: The only bad point about this game is that there is a subscription that you need to purchase in order to play the game. And buying the expansion's that complement for great gaming features and more places to visit in the game.

GREATEST MMORPG TO BE FOOLISHLY DESTROYED WEEKLY!!!

Customer Service is a "totally unaccountable, non-existant, rubber stamp joke" and sadly the game designers change the rules/guidelines without reason (or accountability to you) every tuesday :-(

Dont buy this game

I have played this game for around two years and have multiple level 70 characters and thoroughly enjoy it. However the game is broken (as of october 2008) and unplayable at the moment due to horrendous lag issues and server shut downs.
