The purchase of my lens and other accessories was a much better process than when I purchased my D700 Nikon body. Everything was done when it was supposed to be done and I received my shipment when I was supposed to. |

I was delighted with the speed that Ritz fullfilled my order. I ordered it on line on Wed. and recieved it the following Sat. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. |

Ritz sent an email today saying that the package was sent today 8/26/08 and and upon contact with them to check delivery date was told the package was refused and returned. Impossible and NOT TRUE. Per Fed Ex Agent at 800#: Pkge was sent on 8/20 - D |
