This was the worst experience possible. Product was not shipped in time frame promised. After waiting extra days for information, I finally cancelled the order. At that point, they shipped the item to me but before it could arrive, they recalled... |

I ordered a 10 pack of Minidiscs and a 5 pack. They sent me an e-mail canceling the 10 pack. They sent two 5 packs. I thought they adjusted my credit card bill accordingly, so I was surprised when they sent me an e-mail in broken English asking... |
