Solid Item

Very easy to set up by entering your product numbers on-line while the remote is attached. After I obtained each of my seven item numbers, it only took about 5 minutes and was working perfectly. The battery charger base could be better designed beca

"Remote okay, Charger bad, Support Aweful"

Harmony/Logitech support has been pretty aweful. They take a long time to replace under warranty, don't seem to have a concept that people use their remotes daily, and on the last replacement they got the shipping address wrong and I'm still waiting

"Very Disappointed"

I'd stay away from this model unless they redesign the charging mechanism. It is not worth $200 to have a remote that only lasts a year. There are a lot of warnings about the charging problems in these reviews... heed them.

"Disappointed! Volume up no longer wrks. 18mth old prod"

This product offers a great concept in controlling numerous pieces of equipment. Why is though that once a warranty expires so does the product. I spent $250.00 and now the volume up doesn't work.
