Super-great Series
I had purchased one of these books at a garage sale and then purchased the other 3 at Amazon. I can attest that these are, by far, some of the best novels I have ever read. I am an avid reader and Terri Blackstock and Beverly LaHaye did a superb job. You will not be sorry for purchasing this...

Seasons Series by Beverly LaHaye
These books are so well written and you cannot put them down once you start. It also challenged me to really think about how I felt about the moral issues that were uncovered in each of these books even though I thought I already had a opinion. I felt like I had moved in next door to these women....

Soul-Wrenching
This book is so wonderful, but warning - you will bawl through many parts of it. Its a book that really stops and makes you look at your own life and soul and wonder if you could deal with what the Dodds do.

I loved this book!
I absolutely loved this book. I was able to relate to each of the 4 main characters, and found it refreshing that they were all Christian women! I loved to read about Brenda, the Home school mom, as I am also one. I read 10 of the Left Behind books (LaHaye + Jenkins) and was familiar with the...

Not touching at all
I read this book for a church book club and was terribly disappointed. I wanted to get involved with these characters, but they were so thinly written. Cathy was my favorite character, but as soon as I got involved in her story, it jumped to another story. I just didn't feel that any one story...

I want to live on Cedar Circle!!
You know a book is good when you feel so much a part of the storyline that you are actually experiencing right along with the characters. That is what happened in this book! I cried with them and felt like I was walking right beside them.LaHaye and Blackstock paint such wonderful pictures of...

Excellent Factual Transplant Story
Like the other reviewers, I couldn't put this book down. I loved the story, but it had even more meaning to me since I am a heart/lung transplant recipient. Many stories about transplants or organ donation distort the facts; these authors obviously did their homework. All the details about the...

GREAT READ
I just finished this book last night, but it only took me two nights to complete it. I couldn't put it down. Being a Christian mom myself, I couldn't help but identify with the struggles of the women in this book. The book focused on the faith that the women had in the seasons of their life -...

Ugh!
Ugh! The writing in this book was so bad! It was so hokey, like a bad soap opera with a religious bent. The storylines were so transparent, everyone of them ended up exactly where I suspected they were going. I love faith promoting books and writings; I just couldn't get past the corniness and...
