Please Note: Food safety issue with "Olive Garden" salad dressing recipe
Just a note about the Olive Garden salad dressing recipe. It calls for 2 tablespoons of beaten egg. Eating any raw egg product carries the risk of salmonella poisoning, and it really can happen. I know of three people who live in my area that were hospitalized due to food poisoning after eating...

I have most of these books now and love them all. Everything I have tried is so close to the actual products that it is amazing. If you are trying to cut back on eating out and still want your favorites than buy these books. You won't be sorry.

Great Cook Book
Lots of great recipes. I've already made "Tony Roma's Ribs" twice. The recipe includes how to make the BBQ sauce, as well as the preparation methods. They were just as tender and tasted just as good the ribs that we have eaten at Tony Roma's restaurants.Can't wait to try a few other recipes!
