Just a note about the Olive Garden salad dressing recipe. It calls for 2 tablespoons of beaten egg. Eating any raw egg product carries the risk of salmonella poisoning, and it really can happen. I know of three people who live in my area...

I have some of Gloria Pitzer books so maybe that is why I didn't like this book.Mr Wilbur thinks the secret to KFC is MFG, no way. Maybe it is just me but, when I buy a cook book I don't want a lot of talk and a lot pictures, I know how...
