PROS: Free, built into Windows.

PROS: I can pre-route my route on my desktop than transfer the file (on mmemory stick) to my Laptop that is mounted in the car.

CONS: No Automatic re-route, Not able to restict it from routing certain streets.

Could not relay on it

It is gonna confuse you when you least need to be confused. Partiali correct information give you impression that you can trust it, but there is always some street that is there for more than 10 years but not in your maps.
