I couldn't get any support for the software on my Dell Dimension 3000 computer. Dell only give support for the machine and not the software.

PROS: None for Dell except the price
CONS: No support given except for the machine. Dell only support the machine and not the software. Windows crashes and you are stuck, and they won't release even a restore disk now, and leave it to the Windows RESTORE facility, which is useless most of the time
