The batteries I ordered for my phone are not the correct ones. The order number that was online is correct but the actual batteries do not fit the phone, they are too big. I was told to take them to a store.

My local Radio Shack said they had the connectors in stock. After getting to the store, they could not find them. They said they would be in to the store in 4 days. I waited, went back to the store to no avail. Upset so I ordered them on line.

The item was out of stock. I got an email saying it was back in stock and clicked on it within a couple of seconds and it was out of stock. This happened several times.

I am so grateful to Radio Shack for carrying cell phone replacement batteries. I thought I would never find one, and would be forced to buy a new phone with a new monthly plan.
