Great Receiver
I bought this receiver and a pair of Polk Audio LSI9 speakers to match up with Yamaha's 697 CD player that I already owned. I couldn't be more pleased. The speakers are rated 25 to 200 watts but are 4 ohm so the receiver, rated at 100watts at 8 ohm

No more volume knob tapping.

Amazing deal
Assuming you want a stereo system, and not a surround sound, and assuming you live on some type of budget, this is an amzing deal at whatever price you find it at. It ranges from $350 to 550, but its worth the 550.
