Pretty good...

The instructions are fairly easy to follow, and the recipes I have tried are great. However, the pictures of marinated dishes don't show the marinades as mixed together, which is weird. Also, I wish the author(s) were a little more clear on exactly which cuts of beef to use on the dishes...it...

Quick and easy thai cuisine

I loved this book. If you want to try cooking thai food. This is a great book to start. You can find most ingredients at your local asian stores. The instruction is very easy to follow and the content of this book is pretty authentic.

Great Thai Recipes

If you are a beginner (especially in southeast Asian cooking), this cookbook will inspire you and motivate you to prepare great (exceptional) Thai dishes! There are pictures of ingredients and easy to follow procedures. Most of the recipes I've tried in it always turn out great.

Fish sauce is DISGUSTING!

I love seafood. I eat salmon on almost a weekly basis. I enjoy crab, lobster, squid, and almost any kind of fish you can name. HOWEVER, there is an ingredient that almost EVERY recipe in this book requires, and it is one of the worst tasting and worst smelling substances I've ever come across....
