More cookbooks should be like this
This is a great cookbook. They are uncomplicated recipes, with only a few stock ingredients you need on hand for most recipes, and everything I have tried so far (about 11 or so recipes) has been tasty to excellent. My favorite so far has been the meatballs in the appetizer section, which I...

style over substance
This is the last time I buy a cookbook without cracking it open first. It was a real disappointment. This book is for beginners only. The dishes are easy, but not necessarily tasty or authentic. One recipe has fish sauce as its only seasoning, and I could figure that out myself. I found 2 recipes...

I'm thrilled with this book!
QUICK & EASY THAI is aptly titled. The recipes I've tried have been quick, easy, and have accurately reproduced many of the flavors I've enjoyed at my favorite Thai restaurants. I can't speak to whether the recipes reflect "true" Thai cooking from Thailand as I'm not an expert on the cuisine....

Easy to make recipes with restaurant quality results
I've long been a Thai food fan, but kept it to the realm of takeaway until I got this cookbook. I'm usually wary of books with words like 'quick' or 'easy' in the title as they seem to be synonymous with poor quality, or recipes that contain artificial ingredients. But I got this cookbook after...

Not an ordinary cookbook
I am so impressed with this cookbook. My husband and I love Thai food, so we decided to try cooking it at home. I gave a library copy of the book a trial run - I kept it for two months, loved it, and finally decided I had better just buy it. Normally, you are doing well to get a few recipes out...

Quick & Easy Thai: 70 Everyday Recipes
You really get what the title of the book says - Quick and easy Thai. It actually could be named - quick, easy and tasty Thai. I highly recommend this book to everybody who doesn't like spending too much time in the kitchen but still wants to surprise his/her guests with a delicious meal.

Quick & Easy is just the beginning of it!
I LOVE THIS BOOK! I've only had it about 2 weeks and I've made several of the recipes. I consider myself to be an experienced amateur cook. Some of the foreign food books I've purchased get a little tricky at some points or make some parts of the recipes hard to understand. This book is...

Fun book
This book has been a great introduction to Thai cooking for me. One word of warning: though the title says "quick and easy," the recipes are not usually quick and easy at the same time. The ones I've done so far have been easy, but not quick. I'm sure that there are others that are quick, though....
