After ordering from their website and order was confirmed, I received an email 6 days later that they no longer carry the product line that I ordered.

Excellent service. Personalized, believe it or not these days. I ordered an air purifier, along with a filter replacement for another model that I have. They actually called me to verify that I ordered the correct filter!
