Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories

It's time to return to Liberty City, the town where all the rules were broken as Grand Theft Auto 3 revolutionized gaming and made the GTA series the biggest franchise on the planet. The PlayStation Portable edition is an all-new game set in the seedy, sprawling underworld of Liberty City. Just when you thought San Andreas was all you needed in your gaming life, Rockstar today announced that it is working on a brand new Grand Theft Auto title for the PSP. As youd expect from the highly secretive Rockstar, little is known about this latest in the GTA series except that it will take place in the streets of Liberty City (from GTA III) and that it is being developed by Rockstar Leeds. What you can be sure of, is that with the power of Sonys sexy new portable behind it, GTA on PSP wont be just a rehash of the 1997 original.  more

Grand Theft Auto...Grand Game!

I bought this game to play on my PSP. It is the most awesome game! It has great music, you can be a bad guy and not get caught, and the game has sounds and sights like real life. I have been having so much fun with the game that my kids all want to play it too. My 16 year old son has been allowed...

nothing bad, only good!

There were multible times when people said that this game isn't finished, has many bugs and that the controls are horrible. All of this is wrong. I've played this game by 1/4, but I already have my opoinion. You can't crouch in this game, you can't block enemy's punches and you can't grab onto...

GTA Rocks!

Great game, similar to all the other GTA franchise. Great story, same game play mechanics as the other GTA's, Cool missions. Multiplayer wasn't as great as it should be. The characters were both too powerful. However, I'm reviewing this game 2, 3 years after I bought it so it was actually...

Meh

I am an avid fan of Playstation 2 Grand Theft Auto 3, Vice City, and San Andreas, and have played all of them in their entirety. I really think this one is lame. Maybe it's just that I don't like the size of the PSP display, or maybe the tiny joysticks are too hard to control, or maybe I'm just...

4.5; Impressive for a handheld game

A lot of times when you buy a new system, you tend to check out the games that are sort of unanimously agreed on as a game to get. After awhile of playing my DS and Wii, I thought I'd give in and get a PSP as well and many games were suggested or looked intriguing but familiarity and a good price...

Great game, a must-own for PSP!

This game is great. It is basically GTA III, but on PSP, so it is in your pocket. The storyline is new, obviously, and there are motorcycles and other additions that were not in the original. And with a price at only $20, this game is a must for any PSP owners. Do yourself a favor, just buy it!

Feature broken/poorly implemented?

I bought this game more or less to have a free-roam driving game. I am not too into the story and just like to cruise and dodge traffic. Maybe a few police chases here and there. The graphics are so-so. I am sort of desensitized after playing Twisted Metal Head On first. The USER TRACKS feature...

Not very fun

I would highly recommend you buy Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories instead of this game.I have been a huge fan of the entire Grand Theft Auto series on PC, so I figured I should buy it to play on my new PSP as well.I was highly disappointed.Luckily, I also grabbed Grand Theft Auto Vice City...
