Horrible
Bad system. No fun to play and my Blu-ray drive started to smoke when I was playing and the plastic covering got very hot.

40 gig Dont Play PS2 Games
PS3 is the bomb if you play videos and PS3 Games. But you will fell sorry beacuse you cant play any PS2 games even with the update. 40 gig is the only one that cant play it. They stop making the 60 and 80 gig.

better than plain old blu-ray player!
Same price as a regular player but get the benefits of a gaming system! You get player,surround sound,and HDMI picture. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

When I first heard my friend's PlayStation 3, I could have swore that thing was getting ready for take off. The amount of noise coming out of that thing is a bit ridiculous. And after reading this article on the amount of energy this thing sucks up, I can see why. According to the Australian consumer agency Choice, the PS3 isn't very friendly to your utility bill.
