OK. Note, version 5 comes in march 2008
Works OK. Some of the reviews compared to open source programs that are less expensive. Often they do not have an "EDIT" feature, not even for highlighting in yellow or making marginal comments. Note, version 5 ships in March 2008.

A breeze
This product was a breeze to install and use. It does take a while for the program to open a pdf but to make a pdf it is quite a breeze. I would recommend the program to another person easily.

Cheap PDF maker works as expected
ScanSoft PDF Converter 4 is an inexpensive pdf converter that compares favourably with Adobe Acrobat. It is easy to use. It can edit pdf files. It can compress pdf's to save space and make them load faster. It can make fillable forms.
