My 680 Trainer did not work out of the box, I have controller on order. I have to wait another week for the part to arrive. If I want it sooner you are going to charge me $57.00. I paid over $700.00 for a product I expect better turn around. Not... |

My husband and I have only used it one time each but loving it so far. Very stable. Had issues with the delivery though. They used UPS Freight. They canceled twice on me, after waiting all day. Loved the threadmill, hate the delivery. |

Took too long to get out of warehouse into delivery mode. Almost a week. Told when ordered 7 days; 6 days before sent to UPS |

I would prefer to receive confirmation at the time of my order and before it ships. It was helpful to be called while the delivery driver was on his way to my house. I was able to meet him there without waiting around all day. |

My treadmill was ordered on 9/12, and didn't arrive until 9/29. That seems like a very long time! Once it got here, it was easy to put together, had all of the necessary parts and I really like it! |
