Notified after more than 24 hours after I placed the order that you were out of stock. Should have occured immediately. Was sent 'confirmation' e-mails that all was OK. The mouthpiece was out of stock- there was no need to send the reeds. |

Products were delivered but I needed some informations and customer support didnt answer. I sent many e-mails and they replyed only first one. |

It would be good if you had a way to let customers know when items ordered are out of stock and on back order. |
