I got this printer from Staples free shipping. It runs hot, very hot even in sleep mode. If you buy compatible solid ink, it is fairly affordable. If you buy genuine Xerox ink, it is not worth it. It prints fast for the price,but it very noisy...

Everytime I get someone different from another country and I have to repeat the same story (too much for the total global care)...I have the feeling that they will keep it like this until my guaranty expires on december...I will never buy a product

PROS: none. The costumer service it is very bad

CONS: The plastic part that breaks easily is called "broken tab and disloged x-bias spring" and it is due to a manufacturing defect. I was told by costumer service that the printers will be replaced...so far after 10 e-mails 4 faxes still nothiing happen.
