"BETTER than average"
Out of the box does not appear to be anything special but stuck with the brand. I was very surprised by the slow driver install time almost 30 minutes... Since it has been nothing but reliable. : )

Very Nice Printer
Installing this printer is pretty simple when you follow instructions. I installed this on my compaq presario laptop and can now print very nicely on my network. When installing this be sure to use correct procedures for a wired or wireless network.

Very fast, high-quality printer with great output.
This is an excellent printer for the money. It's fast, has great black and color output, and is networkable via Ethernet or wireless connections. You won't find a better value in printers for your money -).
