PROS: Great output quality, especially when printing photos. Printing software is simple to install. Uses separate tanks for each color so you only replace and buy what you need. ink pricing is among the lowest for inkjets as is cost per page output.
CONS: poorly written setup instructions in regards to the unique paper tray design. no customers service. email is only option but on my one try found it to be an effort in futility as csr staff don't know didly about pc's or printers.

PROS: Excellent print quality on papers up to 315gsm. Grayscale and color. I sell high quality art prints.
CONS: Purchased in Aug 2007, now all of a sudden, the printer only prints partially and then feeds the paper, then says that, "there is no paper!" Well of course there is no paper, the dratted thing fed out the paper before finishing the print!
